We have a strong understanding of the role of the internet in fundraising, marketing, communications and advocacy. These channels are different and require a clear set of guiding objectives and principals be established, and tactical campaigns developed. We often begin with a process of exploratory needs analysis via stakeholder interviews and market research. This needs gathering stage is followed by the development and presentation of a strategic plan covering three- to five-year vision for your Internet efforts combined with a one-year work plan and budget.
This comprehensive process brings innovative ideas and professional analysis together to provide a vision for the next generation of your nonprofit web marketing and online outreach. Incorporating our extensive experience working with a broad range of nonprofits, we apply a targeted methodology to produce: a) strategic plan, b) workplan, c) resourcing and d) budget to guide your Internet efforts for the next 3-5 years.

Summary & Deliverables: We provided organization-wide market research and stakeholder interviews across 6 departments, representing 300+ people in AF to develop a five year vision and a two year workplan that includes an internet software platform for email marketing, fundraising, advocacy, advertising, promotion, content management, website design and development, online direct marketing, advocacy, and events; as well as fundraising strategy with a common goal across the organization to build an online base of one million members in five years.
